We learn about the diferences like the style of work, style of education, different culture and traditions.

The people who come have good studies, good education, good custom and kind. But the situation of this peolpe is very bad because people with a good studies and title, work in anthing work like to sell ice cream, to sell vive 100, to cell donuts.

And other positive thing is more diversity in sports because in Venezuela is more popular basketball and baseball than soccer, after a while this sports will become more important at the national level, and the people will have more culture and knowledge of more sports.
